Job Description
Become a crucial part of Paladin as a Portfolio Resource Coordinator in Kelowna. This role focuses on strategic scheduling, resource coordination, and supporting operational efficiency across branches.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate schedules that meet contractual obligations while managing communications with various stakeholders. The Coordinator will play a key role in addressing absenteeism, managing performance of First Responders, and resolving payroll inquiries quickly. Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of relevant legislation are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fill open shifts in coordination with the Client Service Team
• Work directly with Site Supervisors and Senior Management
• Maintain performance and training of First Responders
• Address payroll and employee concerns promptly
• Generate reports for management on staffing and operations
