Role Overview

This is a part-time remote position focused exclusively on the Pakistani digital financial services ecosystem.

You will conduct structured, data-driven analysis of:

• Licensed digital banks and digital banking initiatives

• Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs)

• E-wallet and branchless banking operators

• Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Payment System Operators (PSOs)

• Fintech startups

• BNPL and digital lending platforms

• Islamic fintech and Shariah-compliant digital products

• Open banking and API-driven financial infrastructure

• Regulatory frameworks under the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)

Your research will directly support market entry strategy, licensing strategy (EMI / MFB / NBFC), product positioning, and partnership development in Pakistan.
