Pain Medicine Management APP Opportunity

Outpatient

The purpose of the Advanced Provider is to assist the physicians of the practice with medical management, procedures and other direct patient care including diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative care relating to chronic pain. Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners will work under the direct supervision of the practice doctor.

Typical work week hours are: (5 days) 8am-5pm

Location: Pain Clinic at Cayuga Medical Center and 10 Arrowood Dr.

Call is shared - Phone call only

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform patient history and physical examinations
• Diagnose, treat, and manage and chronic Pain related health problems
• Order, and interpret appropriate Radiologic Imaging/laboratory test when needed
