**What you'll do**:
- Lead and coordinate the returnable packaging fleet for automotive components, automation cells, and service/aftermarket parts.
This role ensures program management, cost efficiency, and alignment with internal and customer standards while coordinating with packaging engineers, customers, and manufacturing plants.
- Project manage build & delivery: charter, timeline, budget; track supplier/tooling readiness and shipping to suppliers/plants; escalate risks early.
- Track deliveries to suppliers/plants and perform risk management
- Coordinate maintenance, controls, and vendors; manage fleet size strategies for packaging assets.
- Coordinate integrator/3PL for kitting and site delivery.
- Plan and execute container availability for new launch and serial production
