This casual part-time position requires Pediatric Registered Nurses for overnight shifts, covering a minimum of four shifts monthly, including one weekend. Responsibilities involve assessing patients' needs, executing care plans, and maintaining patient records with a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ individual care needs using assessment tools
• Execute and monitor tailored care plans continuously
• Build rapport with patients to ensure a collaborative care approach
• Maintain and update patient records based on encounters
Requirements:
• Registration with CNO as a Registered Nurse
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Mandatory experience in pediatric care
• Reliability, flexibility, and on-call availability required
