Outside Sales Engineer

Our client, a global leader in fluid handling systems, is actively looking for an Outside/Field Sales Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Sales Engineer is responsible for new, consultative business development of End User, OEM, Healthcare, and Institutional sector accounts. This will be achieved through systematic prospecting of existing and prospective customers to uncover unrealized pain and promotion of proven repeatable solutions. Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and service customers in the Ontario region with a base office in Vaughan, Ontario. There will be an approximate 50/50 split between hunting and farming activities in the role.
• Employing a highly consultative sales process with all customers, and establishing decision maker contacts throughout a client organization to achieve multi department stakeholder buy in.
