Job Overview
Thomas Circle of Care (TCOC) is one of the leading organizations providing childcare support in Regina and Saskatoon. In partnership with the Ministry of Social Services, TCOC has been providing quality care to children aged 0-11 since 2013. This full‑time position seeks an experienced Outreach Coordinator to champion our services at two locations: Saskatoon and Regina.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to requests to meet and discuss new family intakes.
- Establish relationships, build trust, and provide guidance and support to at‑risk children, families, and caregivers.
- Support the education of children by attending meetings and advocating as needed for them and their families.
- Facilitate and supervise visitations from family members within TCOC facilities, family homes, or other community locations.
- Handle and de‑escalate problems, issues, and emotionally or behaviorally charged situations.
