This full-time position offers mentoring opportunities and involvement in academic programs at Queen’s University. Key aspects of the role include participating in medical staff meetings and ensuring excellence in mental health care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive patient care for adults 16 years and older
• Attend medical staff meetings and committees as needed
• Maintain alignment with hospital’s mission and values
• Foster continuous quality improvement in service delivery
• Participate in one-in-six weekday/weekend on-call duties
• Guide and mentor medical residents
