Outpatient Certified Pharmacy Technician - Adams Health Center - Full-Time - Rotating
Job Description
**Schedule**
Full-Time: 40 Hours/Weekly
Full time - rotating shifts
Pharmacy hours - Mon-Fri 830-6pm
**General Summary**
Fills prescriptions, routine orders for medications and prepackaged pharmaceuticals and performs other related duties.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Assists pharmacists as directed including filling orders and preparing labels.
+ Assists patient, taking prescription, necessary information, etc. Operates cash register. Delivers medications as needed.
+ Submits and receives orders from suppliers.
+ Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications.
+ Assists with I.V. preparation and delivery.
+ Trains other employees in day to day procedures.
+ Participates in the performance evaluation process for Technician I and Driver.
+ Position shares responsibility with other team members for daily delivery of patient medications to a S...
