Scope of the role
Accountabilities:
- Contact hotel partners via outbound calls to promote and sell HBX products/services (Civifun or others). Manage leads, track interactions and follow up to close deals, contributing to sales targets.

- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Sales-oriented mindset and aptitude
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being sold
- Professional telephony etiquette; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone calls
- Ability to drive sales from interest to close deals
- Professional English and Spanish
