St Vincents Hospice is looking to recruit a motivated, compassionate, and enthusiasticDoctorto provide out of hours medical cover for our In-Patient Unit in Howwood.


About this role:


This role provides first-on-call medical cover alongside support from a Consultant in Palliative Care.;-

  • Out of hours cover for the In-patient Unit

  • Weekday on-call: Monday-Thursday, 5.00pm-8.00am

  • Weekend on-call; Friday 5.00pm-Monday 8.00am

  • The post forms part of an approximately 1 in 7 out-of-hours rota

  • Consultant support available at all times

  • Non-resident on-call arrangement

    • On-call requirement & payment

  • An on-call allowance of £400 per month will be payable for undertaking on-call responsibilities as part of the rota.
