Job Summary Job Title : Operation Theatre (OT) Incharge / OT Manager Location : Mathikere, Bangalore Department : Nursing / Surgical Services Reports To : Nursing Superintendent / Chief Medical Officer / Hospital Administrator Core Objective : To oversee daily OT workflows, ensure zero-compromise safety protocols, and coordinate seamlessly between surgical teams, anesthetists, and support staff. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational & Workflow Management Coordinate surgical schedules : Allocate operating rooms and manage emergency or ad-hoc surgical bookings. Assign staff duties : Create monthly rosters, distribute shifts, and assign dedicated scrub, circulating, and recovery nurses for posted cases.
