Responsibilities

• Answer phones and deal with customers.
• Perform data entry.
• Check OS&D dock every morning/afternoon as needed with main OS&D.
• Locate missing freight.
• Report misdirected freight, tag and route it to the correct branch for delivery.
• Assist Jays employees, drivers, and customers in locating missing freight.
• Perform customer service functions by answering emails related to OS&D and all phone calls.
