Genesis-Orthopedics- is seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Referral Coordinator for our orthopedic practice in Mexico, Estado de México. You will manage outgoing referrals and appointments, ensuring continuity of care for patients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Your responsibilities include overseeing referral processes, verifying insurance eligibility, and maintaining a network of healthcare providers. A background in orthopedics or a related specialty clinic is preferred.
