Job Description
Make a significant impact as an Organizational Development Volunteer in Kingston, Jamaica, starting July 2026. Collaborate with the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica to innovate monitoring and evaluation practices.
This six-month opportunity welcomes Canadian citizens and permanent residents. You will develop advanced monitoring and evaluation tools to capture the impact of the PSOJ. Additionally, your work will strengthen governance frameworks, promoting transparency and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design effective monitoring and evaluation tools
• Develop governance tools for strategic planning
• Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs
• Facilitate training sessions for team enhancement
• Collaborate on strategic business planning initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational management or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and self-motivation
