This role is highly fluid and requires a strong foundation in both change management and operational, non-financial risk, with the ability to drive initiatives, engage stakeholders, and embed sustainable change.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise change practices, combined with hands-on experience in risk management, controls, and assessment frameworks.
