Job Description
Position Overview
Reporting to the Oreflow Supervisor, the Oreflow Attendant will be responsible for safely operating various types of mobile and fixed equipment to facilitate the movement of personnel, materials, and equipment throughout the underground mine and hoisting plant. This role also involves performing essential underground labor tasks to support mine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of mobile and fixed equipment to transport personnel, materials, and equipment within the underground mine and hoisting plant
- Perform a range of underground labor tasks, including slime haulage, loading pocket operations, auxiliary cage tending, cage tending, and trolley operations
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of crushers, hoists, conveyor systems, utility vehicles, and trolleys
