This position focuses on providing L2 and L3 support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials applications, with an emphasis on operational troubleshooting and batch job management using CA AutoSys. You’ll be responsible for documenting incidents thoroughly, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes, and coordinating with various technical teams for seamless support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer L2/L3 production support for PeopleSoft applications
• Perform root cause analysis and document production incidents
• Schedule and monitor batch jobs using CA AutoSys
• Utilize Oracle SQL for data validation and issue resolution
• Create and modify shell scripts for operational enhancement
