Oracle Functional Consultant

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Manage HCM Security (roles, access, and user provisioning).
• Support Global HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle ORC issues and enhancements.
• Support Talent Management and Learning modules.
• Manage HR Helpdesk tickets and workflows.
• Assist with Compensation and Benefits activities.
• Implement system enhancements and change requests.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and regression activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data fixes.
• Prepare documentation and user support materials
