We are seeking a dedicated Optical Sales Associate/Optician to join our team. In this position, you will educate patients on eye health, assist in fitting eyewear, and manage sales transactions. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate patients on vision correction options
• Assist with fitting and dispensing eyewear
• Handle sales transactions with excellent service
• Greet patients and assist with check-in
• Cross-train with reception and imaging staff
Requirements:
• Licensed Optician preferred
• CCOA certification is advantageous
