In this role, you will connect with patients and provide personalized eyewear education, helping them make informed choices. You will also interpret prescriptions and ensure proper fitting through frame measurements. Your goal is to create positive patient interactions and support operational excellence in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly at the clinic entrance
• Educate on eyewear options suited to individual lifestyles
• Take measurements for accurate eyewear fitting
• Process billing and coordinate patient appointments
• Assist in fittings and manage contact lens orders
Requirements:
• Experience in optics or retail strongly preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office and technology tools
