Job Description
Fidelity Engineering & Construction is seeking Operators for major infrastructure projects in Northwestern Ontario. This full-time role offers hands-on training in a rewarding construction setting.
Be part of an expanding team focused on impactful construction work, including road and bridge projects. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and ensuring accuracy during construction processes. This position requires a strong safety mindset and significant prior experience in civil construction to drive project success and community enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery for earthworks and grading
• Ensure proper excavation depths and material handling
• Maintain safe and organized work zones
• Collaborate with other trades on-site for efficiency
• Report and address maintenance needs of equipment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant heavy equipment experience
• Proven skills in earthworks and trenching
