The Role

Were hiring Operators to support both lawn care (summer) and snow removal (winter) operations. You'll take ownership of assigned routes, operate company equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure every property meets Prairie Greens quality standards. This is a hands‑on role for dependable, experienced operators looking to advance into leadership positions such as Crew Lead or Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns for residential and commercial properties
• Perform fertilizer and weed control applications (training provided)
• Conduct equipment checks and routine maintenance
• Load/unload trailers and manage daily route prep
