Operations Supervisor

This interview position, including CEV, is a frontline supervisor role supporting the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture. The Operations Supervisor manages day‑to‑day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers at the station, ensuring proper package handling, routing, and recovery of service issues. The role also oversees all Cargo Handlers functions, directs work activities, mentors, coaches, trains staff, and guarantees compliance with FedEx policies, procedures, and government regulations.
