Job Description
Lead the frontline as an Operations Supervisor with Avenir Energy in Flesherton, Ontario. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced propane distribution environment while ensuring safety and efficiency every day.
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations and supervise drivers and technicians at Avenir Energy, one of Canada’s largest propane distribution companies. You’ll be instrumental in promoting safety and compliance, coaching frontline staff, and addressing customer concerns directly. This is a hands-on position with a mix of field and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate drivers, technicians, and yard staff
• Conduct daily check-ins and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns
• Monitor delivery completions and service work efficiency
