Operations & Strategy Sr Manager, Growth Bets (Xico)

The Growth Bets team is at the intersection of Uber's digital technology and the real world, responsible for the growth and health of our low‑fare offerings, specifically Moto and UberGo.

We're looking for a manager with strong operational and analytical skills, along with a strategic business sense, to lead this team.

This is a key position that will make a big impact on the business by increasing market penetration in lower socioeconomic segments and driving Mexico's overall growth. You will manage three direct reports and an intern, driving initiatives to boost growth and operational efficiencies.
