Job Title: Operations Support
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extension
What You’ll Do
- Optimize Marketplace Health: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., delivery times, order cancellation rates, courier supply, and restaurant preparation bottlenecks) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Merchant & Partner Support: Act as an operational escalation point for high-value enterprise and SMB (Small/Medium Business) restaurant partners, troubleshooting technical, logistical, or financial issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps in the onboarding or delivery lifecycle. Design, test, and scale localized processes to improve efficiency.
