Join Architectural Products Group as a Plant Manager in Balzac, Alberta, leading a dynamic manufacturing team. Your focus will be on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across all operations.
In this on-site role, you will oversee the overall production performance and ensure the team adheres to business objectives and compliance standards. With a hands-on approach, you will spend the majority of your time on the floor, engaging with staff and using key performance indicators to guide improvements and ensure quality outcomes.
