Operations Manager, Oilsands

Overview

Reporting to the District Manager of the Oilsands, the Operations Manager, Oilsands is responsible for overseeing the Lodge Management team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and execute the strategic vision of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a majority field-based role, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field and 20% hybrid. Availability on some weekends is required to meet client and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field-based Lodge Managers to ensure compliance with proper operation procedures and guidelines.
• Strengthen Dexterra Partnerships’ operational processes to build highly efficient and effective operations.
