About the Role
As an Operations Manager in the Financial Business Group, you will help shape and drive Uber’s financial products in Latin America. Your work will influence financial contribution and engagement among drivers, couriers, and merchants by understanding their needs and delivering tailored, competitive financial solutions. You will manage end-to-end operations, work with external partners, analyze and report data, create communications, and shape plans to make programs successful. You’ll work on both strategy and implementation, requiring a blend of problem‑solving, data analysis, market insight, and stakeholder management while collaborating across Mobility, Delivery, Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Legal, Data Science, and Tech teams.
