About the Role

As an Operations Lead, you will be overseeing the stockroom and retail operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the store. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee stockroom organization, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization for better operational flow
• Monitor stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize shrink through proactive loss prevention measures
