Operations Consultant - Flex

The Operations Consultant partners with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. This role provides friendly and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours, trains cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS, maintains cashier zone cleanliness, supports Sephora’s merchandising concepts, reduces shortage/loss, processes shipments, organizes stockroom, manages transfers, damages, testers, checks visual elements, ensures safety and tidiness, communicates inventory issues, complies with sampling policies, participates in inventory control, and cross-trains in cashier functions.
