Operations & Automation Coordinator

About the Role

We’re hiring a curious, hands‑on Operations & Automation Coordinator to support internal projects and help embed AI and automation into everyday workflows. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys improving processes, experimenting with emerging tools (including AI/LLMs), and turning ideas into simple, practical solutions. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to coordinate projects, identify efficiencies, and implement lightweight automation and AI‑driven solutions that save time and reduce manual work.
