Operations Associate II - Home Delivery

Monday to Friday: Standard business hours. Permanent part‑time position. Schedules may change due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end flow of home delivery orders within established service standards.
• Work directly with stores and home delivery carriers nationally to resolve pending orders and customer return transfers.
• Ensure products are returned to stores or distribution centers within targeted timelines.
• Monitor and manage order flow between customers, carriers, and stores to prevent delays.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal partners regarding delivery status.
• Assist in resolving pre- and post-delivery issues, including inventory discrepancies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting stores and addressing inquiries efficiently.
