Operational Due Diligence Associate Manager

**Description**
We currently have an opportunity for an Associate within our Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Team in Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC or Toronto, Canada. You will work closely with other Associates and Consultants and will assist with the timely delivery of ODD reports and projects. Please note that this role may include some future travel within the U.S. Support and training will be provided.
**The Role**
+ Conducting initial and ongoing operational due diligence reviews of asset managers, across a variety of asset classes, including; hedge funds, long-only, private equity and real-estate
+ Producing high quality ODD reports, which include clear, concise opinions
+ Researching the middle and back office functions of various investment managers
+ Reviewing selected fund managers’ trading systems and pricing procedures
+ Reviewing fund documentation including audited financial reports, internal controls reports, fund legal documents
