Job Overview
Successful candidate will be responsible to develop comprehensive project governance manuals for each project phase (Preliminary Planning and Design, Detailed Engineering, Execution, Commissioning & Closeout) in alignment with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Manual Development:
Draft, edit, and finalize governance manuals for each project phase.

Ensure manuals address project controls, decision gates, quality assurance, risk management, safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate and document input from subject matter experts (engineering, finance, safety, operations, regulatory, etc.).
