In this onsite position, you will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to assist employees and handle HR processes. Your responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding new hires, and providing training in safety protocols. You will also maintain records and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth HR experience for all team members.
