Alta Vista Animal Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada is welcoming a Board‑eligible or Board‑certified Veterinary Oncologist (permanent, full‑time) to join our collaborative team. The hospital has 32 experienced veterinarians and offers 24‑hour emergency services, surgery, internal medicine, critical care, neurology, anesthesia, and primary care.
Qualifications
A valid DVM degree or equivalent enabling practice in Canada.
Board‑certified (ACVIM) or residency‑trained.
License in Ontario or eligibility to be licensed with the CVO.
Leadership skills and a positive team‑player attitude.
Excellent diagnostic and critical‑care skills, including expertise with ventilation.
Exemplary customer service that builds loyalty and trust with clients.
Organizational skills to stay focused and work under pressure.
The drive to train and mentor interns and technicians.
