Involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customers' shipments to U.S. domestic FedEx origination location from international location; responds to customer's needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.
General job description
Under general supervision performs the following activities:
Provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S.
Coordinates loading of shipments at customer's location to meet customer's shipping schedules and requirements.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
