Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to lease agreements
• Prepare and implement contracts for property services
• Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance operations
• Monitor project costs and progress for owners
• Compile financial records and reports
Requirements:
• Completion of a 1-2 year college or similar program
• Experience in property administration is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office is necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
