- Maintain all required food safety documentation in accordance with BRCGS Issue 9 standards (floor logs, cleaning logs, checklists, pre
- and post-manufacturing inventory counts, lot traceability).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Track production trends, KPIs, targets, and efficiencies, providing data-driven insights using Excel, Office 365, Teams, Trace, and CRM tools.
- Report non-conformities promptly and support corrective actions.
- Oversee environmental monitoring programs, including TPC, E. coli, and Salmonella swabs.
- Support emergency response and incident management drills.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to manufacturing floor staff; act as a liaison between office and production teams.
