You'll also be responsible for training, ensuring safety compliance, and managing material requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare production and project reports for management
• Supervise construction workers and monitor project progress
• Co-ordinate and schedule daily on-site activities
• Oversee and facilitate apprenticeship training programs
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
