Job Description
We are hiring a Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor at $35 hourly for a full-time position. You will manage and train the cleaning team to uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness.
As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in hiring and training staff while coordinating their activities. You will be responsible for inspecting facilities, preparing budgets, and managing requests for additional services such as repairs and renovations. Your ability to work on-site is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and train cleaning staff as needed
• Co-ordinate daily work activities of the team
• Inspect all sites for cleanliness and safety
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations
• Recommend services such as repairs and renovations
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Proficient in French grammar and conversation
