Overview

Omnichannel Intern – Work Mode: Hybrid. Location: Hybrid – Mexico City. The Omnichannel Intern role is a strategic position that combines data analytics with operational support to expand Kohler's digital presence across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sell‑in and sell‑out reports for key accounts.
• Support the administrative follow‑up of key e‑commerce accounts.
• Assist in projects related to channel optimization.
• Provide support in administrative tasks related to the area (document control, order tracking, internal coordination).
• Ensure the product catalog is updated (descriptions, images, prices, etc.).
• Conduct basic competitor analysis (pricing, promotions).
