Job Description
Cenovus seeks an Offshore Instrument Technician to ensure equipment reliability and maximize production. This full-time position requires expertise in instrumentation and maintenance in a dynamic offshore environment.
In this crucial role, you will support the offshore maintenance team and be responsible for safe and efficient maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. Applicants should have strong troubleshooting skills along with experience in maintaining equipment to meet production targets. The position involves working 12-hour shifts on a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain integrity of instrumentation and control systems
• Participate in emergency response activities and training
• Submit spare parts requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Diagnose system issues to maximize production
• Provide coordinator coverage as needed
