Officer/ Senior Officer, Productivity and Capability Development

Design monthly newsletters artwork and layout, prepare memo communications, assist to prepare the training materials, coordinate and conduct product / sales training / event for distribution channel

Responsible to market research and arrange all the logistic, agency enrollments and registration for the seminars and activities help Agency enhance the new business productivities, and help company achieve the business targets and improve the product mix in order to meet RBC requirement. 

Responsible for the logistic arrangement on Voice of Agency and Brokers, consolidate and organize the data and feedback in file for Head of MIS and Associate Director for review and make comment and suggestion and market intelligence

Responsible for the sales tools UAT review from Channels’ point of view, in order to make sure the tools is align with Agency and Brokers’ expectations
