Job Description
+ Coordination/Analysis/Valuation/Configuration of time and process organization in work systems and work areas to improve the machines' productivity and optimize the material flow
+ Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine associate functions and responsibilities.
+ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools, Auto Cad etc.
+ MIS Reporting daily, weekly and Monthly
+ Monthly update capacity calculation and evaluate the ticket by using AUR Capacity.
+ Take charge of business center layout design and update per customer/process requirement
+ Responsible for updating VSM based on requirement and OEE analysis to define improvement in respective areas
+ Take responsibility to finalize manning requirement based on ticket and machine ramp up and Machine running requirement.
+ Lead LEAN / Focused Improvement project...
