Job Duties Job Duties QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities The Office Administrator is key in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Simulation Centre. This position is responsible for managing various aspects of simulation scheduling (in tandem with Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Academic Scheduling Team), including data entry, coordination, and resolving scheduling conflicts with the program areas served by the Centre. Additionally, the Office Administrator supports the scheduling and onboarding of standardized patients and assists with the day-to-day operations of the Simulation Centre. The role requires close collaboration with the Academic Chair and Program Head.
