As part of a multidisciplinary team, your role is vital in helping clients with psychological and physical challenges regain their independence. You will conduct assessments and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to facilitate work reintegration and program development.

• Guide clients through the return-to-work process collaboratively
• Ensure timely and accurate charting of client progress
