Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) $15,000 Bonus

Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clients highperforming therapy team in Sierra Vista, AZ. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidencebased interventions that enhance functional independence across a variety of clinical environments, including acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medicalsurgical, and outpatient settings. You will play a key role in helping patients safely perform activities of daily living, improve mobility, and participate fully in meaningful routines. This position requires strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to highquality, patientcentered care. A $15,000 bonus is included in the total compensation package.
